The BD Tau Neuro IP Kit is designed to efficiently immunoprecipitate and enrich brain derived TAU protein from peripheral cell free body fluids as blood plasma or serum. The enrichment of brain derived TAU makes it reliably measurable without matrix effects in a system of choice e.g. Human BD Tau Luminescence ELISA using a Microtiter plate reader with luminescence readout.
