Roboscreen GmbH's portfolio includes a range of products related to prion diseases in humans and various mammals. 

Using the human prion protein as an example, the methods and techniques for recombinant protein expression, column chromatographic purification, refolding to the native state, and final characterization using UV/Vis and CD spectroscopy are being updated and implemented in production.
