IGG subclasses adaptation

For better utilization of an antibody, this antibody is to be produced recombinantly as a mouse IgG1 antibody.

Developed using hybridoma technology from Roboscreen, an antibody of the IgG3 subclass was created.

Antibodies of this subclass are not suitable, or only very conditionally suitable, for the planned use in immunoassays for the detection of human tau protein as a new product for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease in blood plasma.
